Here, in the fresh clean air of Hadrian's Wall country, our herds enjoy a great quality of life. Our animals are hardy enough to spend most, if not all, the year on the hills. Few rare breed farmers go to the extent of ensuring a 100% pedigree throughout all herds, but we want to bring you the best of the best - so for us this is a priority.
Not only that, but we butcher all the meat ourselves on the premises so that we never lose the all important traceablility. Therefore, we can assure you that all the meat we sell has been carefully checked at each step of the process.
