Terms & Conditions
Caravan, Camping & Wigwam Site
Caravan and Camping booking and site conditions
A non-returnable deposit of 20% is to be paid at the time of booking (we will honour the deposit, if the holiday is to be cancelled, upto a year after the original date of holiday) the outstanding balance of the holiday is to be paid upon arrival.
A booking cancelled after the full payment has been made will only be refunded if the pitch can be rebooked.
Arrival time for Wigwams is between 2pm and 8pm and must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure. Caravan & Camping arrival between 1pm and 8pm and must be vacated by 11am. You are welcome to stay longer if we can accomodate, please ask us.
Late arrivals accepted by prior agreement.
We cannot be held resposible for adverse weather conditions and as such no refunds will be given for early departure.
We do not accept large single sexed partiee or any groups under the age of 21.
We will be within our rights to ask you to leave the site if any complaints from other holiday makers are justified (noise levels, rowdiness etc)
Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times and must be cleaned up everytime.
Children must not be allowed to climb any drystone walls.
Hot Tubs
Prior booking required
No glassware to be used within the hot tubs - plastic only
Swimwear must be worn at all times
No children under 8 allowed and children under 14 must be accompanied at all times
Wigwam booking conditions
1. Please remeber to bring your own bedding and pillows.
2. A non-returnable deposit of 20% is paid at time of booking, The outstanding balance of the booking is to be paid upon arrival. A booking cancelled after the full payment has been made will only be refundable if the wigwam can then be rebooked.
3. The number of persons occupying the holiday accommodation shall not exceed 5 within the standard and 6 within ensuite.
4. The holidaymaker shall not sublet the holiday accommodation or any part thereof during their period of stay.
5. The holidaymaker is liable for the total hire charge unless written notice of the intention to cancel the booking is received prior to the commencement of the holiday.
6. Arrangements will be made by the owner for the handover of wigwam keys to the holidaymaker at the beginning of the Period of Hire and the collection of the keys on the departure date.
7. The holidaymaker shall leave the holiday accommodation in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday let.
8. Any faults or breakages must be reported as soon as possible to the management and any damaged will be charged.
9. The owner and their representatives retain the right to enter the holiday accommodation at any time.
10. A £20 returnable deposit for your Wigwam key will be required when checking in. This will be returned when handing your key upon your departure. This will be forfieted if any key is lost or damaged.
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will make you liable to lose your booking or your right to stay in the property without refund.
