The Herding Hill Farm Campsite Code

  1. Please respect your fellow guests – we pride ourselves on being family friendly. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if they abuse this.
  2. Please respect your beautiful rural surroundings and keep noise to a minimum between 10:30pm and 8am. Please do not have electronic music playing at any time.
  3. Please respect our petting animals and do not feed them unless you are with a warden.
  4. Please keep dogs on a lead and attended at all times.
  5. Please ensure children are supervised when on the playground or at the petting farm.
  6. Please help to keep the site tidy by keeping your pitches rubbish free and cleaning up after your dog.
  7. Please be patient with our free WiFi – we are in a rural location and the speeds can be variable.
  8. Please look after your belongings - we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to property during your stay.
  9. Please do not light campfires and if using firepits or BBQ’s at our Wigwam cabins keep them well away from the benches.
  10. Please drive safely, children may be playing – site speed limit is 5mph.
  11. We cannot control the weather so regrettably we cannot offer refunds for early departure. We can however recommend rainy day attractions or activities if you come and see us in Reception.
  12. Please let us know if we can help you in any way to make your stay even better.
  13. Please give us your honest feedback so that we can continue to improve the site for future guests.
  14. And finally - no stress allowed, happy campers and glampers only whatever the weather!!
