Arrival and Departure Times
Touring and Tents
Arrival for the tent and touring pitches at our Northumberland campsite is between 2pm and 8pm. Please do not arrive earlier as there is limited space for parking.
If you are going to arrive later than 5pm when our Reception closes, please let us know in advance so that there is someone available to welcome you. Please note our wardens do not work 24/7 so please be patient if there is a short wait when you arrive. There is a security barrier at the entrance to the touring pitches and pitches are pre-allocated ahead of your arrival so please do not pitch up without a campsite warden.
If arriving after 9pm, touring caravans, motorhomes and campervans may be asked to stay in the car park until the following morning to avoid disturbing other guests. If you are delayed en-route please call and let us know so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
Departure by noon. You are welcome to stay longer if we can accommodate you and a small charge may be applicable. Please ask at Reception.
Wigwam® Cabins
Arrival in our glamping pods North East is between 3pm and 8pm. Please do not arrive earlier as there is limited space for parking.
If you are going to arrive later than 5pm, please let us know in advance so that there is someone available to welcome you after Reception has closed. Please note our wardens do not work 24/7 so please be patient if there is a short wait when you arrive. There is a security barrier at the entrance to access the Wigwam cabins.
If arriving after 9pm, you may not be permitted to take your vehicle onto site until the following morning to avoid disturbing other guests. If you are delayed en-route please call and let us know so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
Departure by 10am latest please. Please leave windows open to air.
Luxury Lodge and Castle Pods
