As we are located just 1 mile from Hadrian's Wall, it was an obvious choice to name our Wigwam cabins after famous Hadrian's Wall landmarks. All of which we'd recommend visiting on your Herding Hill Farm visit! You can combine some of them on a lovely Northumberland walking route.

We have 10 heated Running Water Wigwam® cabins, 7 of which have outdoor hot tubs. These cabins have a double bed, single bed, and a folding double sofa bed. The bathroom has a flushing toilet and hand wash basin. There is also a heater, small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing up sink and outdoor picnic table. The Amenities Building is located close by. For the ultimate glamping experience, book a glamping pod in Northumberland. Our running water Wigwam cabins each have unique names, representing famous landmarks along Hadrian’s Wall. We have 3 heated Big Chief Wigwam® cabins that can sleep up to five people and one of these has an outdoor hot tub. They are equipped with a heater, small fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and outdoor picnic table. Please note that these cabins do not have toilets or running water. They are located centrally and are close to the Amenities Building. Our Big Chief Wigwam Cabins are also named after famous Hadrian’s Wall landmarks, all of which can be explored on your visit to our campsite. Our 4 Wee Brave Wigwam® cabins have a different layout and are slightly smaller. These are located at the bottom of our Wigwam® Village but are still only a minute’s walk to our amenity building. They can sleep two adults in separate beds or they can be made into one large platform bed where 2 adults and 2 small children can sleep together. They are equipped with a heater, small fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and outdoor picnic table. Please note that these cabins do not have toilets or running water. Our Wee Brave Wigwam Cabins are named after 3 famous Hadrian’s Wall landmarks - Milecastle, Carvoran, Crag Lough and Wallsend.Book Now
Our Wigwam cabins are dog friendly and can accommodate up to 2 dogs. However, we also have a dog-free Wigwam cabin available, suitable for guests who suffer from pet allergies.
