Reception and Licensed Shop

Check In and Arrival

Upon arrival at our Northumberland campsite, you will find a large parking area with our Reception building on your right. Please park your car and one of our wardens will come to your vehicle. We are aiming to check in as many guests as possible outdoors. If not, please check-in at Reception, where you will be provided with the entrance code for the security barrier and information to help with your stay with us, including our welcome sheets, map of our campsite and emergency contact details.

There is plenty of space for caravans and motorhomes to park whilst checking-in. The earliest arrival time is 2pm. 

Friendly Service and Expert Advice 

Whether you want some advice on lwhere to eat, pick up a takeaway menu, understand what are the must-visit local attractions or the best dog walks on Hadrian's Wall, have forgotten something essential or are struggling to pitch your tent or site your caravan, our on-site wardens are there to lend a hand or a piece of equipment so pop in and see us and we will do what we can. 

Our Licensed Shop

We stock a small selection of local produce and convenience items in our licensed shop, including personal hygiene items, local ales, wine, ice cream, confectionery and BBQ meat packs. Further shops, including Sainsbury’s and Co-op, are available in Haltwhistle, just 1 mile away. You can find out more about our wonderful selection of local produce here. Hire of BBQs and Fire Pits

Pop in to our Reception to enquire about hiring BBQs and fire bowls for your Wigwam cabin or touring pitch, information about local attractions and places to eat, local walks, animal feeding times and private hire of our Sauna or BBQ Hut. Our Northumberland campsite wardens are always happy to help!

Pizza

And don’t forget to place your order for homemade pizza upon arrival! We serve pizzas direct to your pitch Friday nights between Easter and Bonfire night, subject to staff availability.
