Luxury Glamping Northumberland

If you love romantic getaways, or hot tub stays Northumberland, then our new Castle Pods, at the bottom end of the site, would be the perfect choice. Exclusively for adults, our Castle Pods sleep 2, we have two dog friendly Castle Pods and a larger accessible Castle Pod. Each Castle Pod is named after a Northumberland castle.

Beautifully furnished and fully equipped you need to bring only your own food and drink and of course your bathing suit for the outdoor hot tub. With your own private outdoor hot tub, kitchenette and en-suite shower room, and some of the best views on site, you won’t want to venture too far from your Castle Pod. With a fire pit and BBQ provided outside and a log burning stove inside these luxury glamping pods are perfect for glamping Northumberland all year round. There is a sauna available in our 5-star amenity building for exclusive hire.

These stargazing pods UK allow you to enjoy the wonderful Northumberland dark skies from our Dark Sky Friendly site as well as enjoying long walks on Hadrian’s Wall and real ale pubs. Bookable Fri/Mon or Mon/Fri with 2-night weekend breaks available out of season.

Glamping with hot tub North East

With a children’s playground and animal petting farm including alpacas, donkey, Shetland pony and piglets we know that our younger guests will make some incredible memories as well as gaining some independence on site and making new friends. Located around our central green space, perfect for children to play and make new friends, our wigwam cabins have an en-suite WC with small sink, as well as a kitchen sink, electric wall mounted heater, kettle, microwave, fridge and toaster. The beds are thick foam mattresses located on wooden platforms. There is no shower but these glamping pods North East are located very close to our 5-star amenity building which has baths in the ladies and family bathrooms. Our Big Chief Wigwam cabins are a similar size to our Running Water glamping pods but do not have any WC or running water. However, they are located just a short walk from our luxury amenities building. One of our Big Chief glamping pods (Chesters) has its own private hot tub. The indoor seating area converts to make a large, raised platform bed with foam mattresses. Our Big Chief Wigwam cabins sleep up to 5. Heater, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster included. Outdoor table. Our Big Chief cabins are dog friendly.

The smallest of our Wigwam cabins, our Wee Brave Wigwams are located at the bottom end of the site near to the BBQ hut but are still only a short walk from our 5-star toilet block. These glamping pods do not have running water or WC. These Wee Brave glamping pods are a value alternative to bringing along your own tent and are value for money when compared against the cost of a tent or touring pitch. Sleeping 2 adults (or 2 adults and 2 small children) the seating area converts to make a raised platform bed. Microwave, heater, fridge, kettle and toaster included. Outdoor table. Our Wee Brave cabins are dog friendly.

When staying in any of our Wigwam cabins you need to bring with you everything you would normally take camping (except your tent!) but we do have a range of Optional Extras, including bedding packs and croc boxes, to make your stay a little easier and help with packing. For a full list of our Upsells, click HERE and add on your selection when making your booking.
